Mad Jumpz Park Policy for Rentals

To ensure a smooth and compliant rental experience at parks, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Park Instructions and Requests:

  • Rental Equipment: Inform us of the specific instructions and requirements for any and all rental equipment, including tables, chairs, bounce houses, etc.
  • Anchoring: Notify us whether we can anchor bounce houses and other inflatables into the ground or if we need to use sandbags instead. This is crucial for the safety and stability of the equipment.
  • Certificate of Insurance: If the park requires a Certificate of Insurance listing them as an insured party, please provide us with this information in advance. We will issue the necessary documents to comply with the park’s insurance requirements.
  • Set Up and Pick Up Times: We require a 1-hour window (+/-) around the start and end time for set up and pick up. Due to multiple deliveries per day, it is extremely difficult to be at every location at the exact scheduled time. We will communicate our ETA with you as best as possible.

An adult must be present during set up.  Additionally, if the party ends before we arrive for pick up, an adult must remain with the equipment until we pick it up.

Electrical Requirements:

It is your duty to ensure that the park has adequate electrical outlets for bounce houses or other electric rentals. If the park does not have electric outlets, you can rent a generator from us.
Please note, we DO NOT allow the use of personal generators due to liability reasons.
Site Preparation:

Although parks usually do a good job of landscaping, it is a requirement that you walk through the area where the equipment will be set up and clear any debris. This ensures the safety and cleanliness of the area for the equipment and users.

Compliance with Park Rules:

Permits and Approvals:

Obtain any necessary permits or approvals from the park authority for the use of rental equipment. Share these documents with us to ensure we are in full compliance with park policies.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with both Mad Jumpz and the park authority to address any questions or concerns promptly. Ensure all parties are aware of the setup and takedown schedules, as well as any special instructions.
