Booking Information
Booking with Mad Jumpz Party Rentals is easy and straightforward. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Check Availability: Start by browsing our inventory and selecting the items you need. Ensure that your desired items are available for your event date.
Secure Your Date: Once you’ve selected your items, secure your booking with a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that your equipment is reserved for your event.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by 9:00 PM the night before your event. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards.
Setup and Takedown: Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of all rental items. We request a one-hour window before and after your event time for setup and pickup.
Park Policies: If your event is in a park, please review our Park Policies for important information about setup, electricity, and other requirements.
